Our commitment

This course is built for practitioners, and practitioners have disabilities too. A course nobody can operate with a keyboard or a screen reader is not a course. We treat accessibility as part of the product.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the level named by Israeli Standard IS 5568 under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations 2013, by EN 301 549 under the European Accessibility Act, and the level United States courts treat as the practical benchmark under the ADA. One standard, every market.

What is in place

• Text alternatives on images that carry meaning.
• Keyboard operation throughout, with a visible focus indicator.
• Colour contrast checked against the 4.5:1 requirement for body text.
• Form fields with real labels, and errors described in words rather than by colour alone.
• Headings in a logical order, so the page can be navigated by structure.
• Video embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and never set to autoplay.
• The questions-and-answers section on the sales page opens and closes by keyboard as well as by mouse.

Known limitations, stated honestly

• Video captions. Not every video is captioned yet. This is the main outstanding gap and it is being worked on. If you need a transcript of any video, ask and we will send it to you, free, whether or not you have bought the course.
• The course platform and the checkout are operated by systeme.io and PayPal. Their accessibility is not fully under our control. If either one blocks you, tell us and we will get you the material and take your payment another way.
• Downloadable PDFs are not all tagged for screen readers. Ask and we will supply an accessible version.

The named accessibility coordinator is Gil Luxenbourg. Email gil@wizdomcircles.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Every message is read personally.

We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to fix the problem, or give you a dated plan, within 30 days. If something here is stopping you getting to the material, say so and we will find another route for you straight away rather than making you wait for the fix.

If we do not put it right

You can also contact the accessibility regulator where you live. In Israel that is the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice. In the European Union each member state names its own market surveillance authority under the European Accessibility Act.

How this statement is kept current

Reviewed after any redesign or major content change, and at least once a year. Accessibility is not a one-time fix and we do not pretend it is.
