You are buying education. WIZDOM Volume One teaches cannabinoid pharmacology, method and judgement. It is not medical treatment, not diagnosis, not prescription, and not a recommendation to start, stop or change anyone's treatment.
Gil Luxenbourg is a Ministry of Health licensed Medical Cannabis Instructor. He is not a physician and not a prescriber, in any jurisdiction. No part of this course names any condition as treatable by cannabis, and it supplies no dosing protocol for you to apply to a patient. Treatment decisions belong with the prescribing clinician, without exception.
Eight modules, forty video clips, around five and a half hours. A quiz after every module. A final examination drawn at random from a sixty-question pool, 75 percent to pass, three attempts. A certificate of completion on passing. Lifetime access, one payment, no renewal.
The certificate is a certificate of completion. It is not accredited, not a licence, not a diploma, and it does not authorise you to practise, prescribe, dispense or advise beyond what your own credentials and regulator already permit.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm it and your access is granted. If we cannot supply what you ordered we will tell you and refund you in full.
On payment you get a personal, non-transferable licence to view the material for your own learning and for use in your own practice within the limits of your own credentials. You may not share your login, copy or redistribute the videos, or use the material to build a competing course. Lifetime access means access for as long as the product is offered; if it is ever retired we will give you reasonable notice and a way to keep what you have.
Thirty days, no questions asked. If the course is not what the sales page said it was, tell us within 30 days and we refund you in full. You do not need to justify it and we will not make you sit through a call.
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content within 14 days, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and its national implementations.
Because the course opens immediately, we ask you at checkout to do two things before you pay: to expressly request that supply begins at once, and to acknowledge that this ends your 14-day withdrawal right once supply has begun. That is a single unticked box you choose to tick. If you leave it unticked we hold your access until the 14 days have passed and you keep the statutory right in full.
Either way the 30-day refund above still applies, and it is longer than the law requires.
Cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its distance-selling regulations apply. Where they give you more than these terms do, they win.
Payments are processed by PayPal or the provider named at checkout. We never receive or store your full card details. A failed or reversed payment suspends access until it is resolved.
Email gil@wizdomcircles.com first. Most things resolve within two business days. We ask you to do this before opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute so we have a chance to fix it. Disputes opened with no prior contact may be contested.
We are responsible for supplying the material you paid for, to a reasonable standard, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not responsible for clinical outcomes, for decisions taken after studying the material, or for what your regulator permits you to do with it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Cannabis law and professional scope differ by country, state and profession, and they change. What you may say, recommend, supply or document is governed by your own jurisdiction and your own regulator. This course teaches pharmacology, not compliance. Checking both is your responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA, the UK, Canada or a United States jurisdiction, that choice does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, though we would much rather you emailed us first.
The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Material changes are dated at the top.
